Accountabilities




Own day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate ledger records in Odoo, ensuring transactions are correctly coded, classified, and assigned to the appropriate accounts and cost centers.
Perform monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and supporting schedules.
Analyze financial data to identify anomalies, emerging trends, and potential control gaps before they develop into larger issues.
Serve as a key contact for external auditors by preparing schedules, providing requested documentation, and maintaining audit-ready records throughout the year.
Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Procurement, and other internal stakeholders to resolve financial queries and ensure accounting treatments accurately reflect business activities.
