Position: Area Sales Executive (Haryana)
Location: Hisar
Business: ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions, India, Yale Retail
Reports to: Area Sales Manager

Position Summary

ASSA ABLOY is looking for Area Sales Executive – Yale based out of Hisar, responsible to generate business as below.

Roles & Responsibility

Deliver the Revenue objectives for Retail business as per plan.
Set up and manage proper distribution channel and review distribution performance.
Will be able to handle and motivate distributor and dealer team.
Build and manage the demand generation for all product categories.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding.
Formulating promotional activities as a part of brand building
Building relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and end customers
Provide product knowledge to all stakeholders of channel partners
Responsible for Primary/secondary sales
Conduct continuous market analysis and support Zonal Manager for forecasts and budgeting

Skills and Knowledge:

Have functional knowledge of retail business in building material industry
Negotiate skills




Good communication
Strong channel management skills.
Should maintain time discipline and strong work ethic
Robust phone, email and in-person communication skills
Should be responsive, organized and energetic
Possesses a high level of integrity and ownership of responsibilities
Shows high drive for results and execution excellence. Follows up with stakeholders till the result is achieved
Develops partnerships, keeps stakeholders updated on progress of projects and activities on time
Proficiency in MS excel and power point

Qualification Criteria:

Any Graduate. MBA Preferred.
3-5 years previous total experience in retail sales, Hardware Industry.
