Compensation Rs. 20,000/-per month + Rs.1,00,000 Performance Bonus paid every quarter.

About the Role

We're looking for a self-driven Telesales & Sales expert to help grow TuitionTeacher.ai. Your mission is to identify potential schools, colleges, parents, teachers, and educational organizations, introduce our platform, book product demos, and close new customers.

You have the freedom to define your own sales strategy, working hours, and outreach methods. If you can generate results, we'll support you.

Responsibilities
- Find and qualify new leads.
- Call prospects and introduce TuitionTeacher.ai.
- Understand customer needs and pain points.
- Schedule product demos.
- Conduct or coordinate demos.
- Follow up with prospects until they become customers.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Maintain a simple record of leads and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.





Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone or video calls.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Passion for education and helping customers.
