Develop and maintain solid knowledge of the platform, products, and services to guide customers toward appropriate solutions.
Help clients navigate the platform, optimize their workflows, and maximize the value they derive from available products and services.
Troubleshoot customer concerns and technical or product-related issues, approaching complex situations with empathy, ownership, and strong problem-solving skills.
Identify issues requiring additional expertise and coordinate escalations with the appropriate internal teams while keeping customers informed throughout the process.
