Job Description - Cluster Leads
Operations Management
· Manage end-to-end facility operations across multiple sites.
· Ensure smooth delivery of hard and soft FM services.
· Maintain service levels as per client SLAs and contractual commitments.
· Conduct regular site audits and inspections.
· Monitor asset performance and maintenance schedules.
Team Management
· Ensure adequate staffing and manpower planning.
Client Relationship Management
· Act as the primary escalation point for client concerns.




· Build solid relationships with client stakeholders.
· Conduct periodic review meetings with clients.
· Ensure high client satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
Financial Management
· Support revenue enhancement opportunities.
Vendor Management
· Ensure contract compliance and performance standards.
Compliance & Safety
· Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, EHS, and company requirements.
· Monitor safety practices and conduct safety audits.
· Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance.
· Drive zero-incident culture across all sites.
Reporting & Governance
· Prepare and submit operational MIS reports.
· Track KPIs, SLA performance, and action plans.
· Present performance updates to management and clients.
· Support business reviews and audits.
Continuous Improvement
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
