Job Responsibilities
Mobility Core and Network Engineering team is part of the Network CTO organization that oversees the global mobile and fixed network technology direction for AT&T;, which includes the design of the company’s 5G and IMS infrastructure.
This team is responsible for the architecture, design, certification, testing and delivery of advanced Mobility Core network functions and Network Services applications, including for IP multimedia systems and packet data, which are the future of Mobility services and experiences. The team contributes to the growth and development of end-to-end wireless network services across Consumer, Enterprise, Internet of Things (IOT), FirstNet and public sector products.
In this role, you will work on architecture, design, integration and platform certification on containerized network functions on RedHat OCP infrastructure. The role will be responsible for one or more Nokia applications such as Automation and Control (NAC), Identity and Access Manager (NIAM), Cloud Native Communication Suite (CNCS), Call Session Control Function (CSCF),
Stir-Shaken (S/S), and Emergency CSCF (ECSCF) within the ngUSP solution. You will work closely with subject matter experts from our team as well as supporting teams.
Job Qualifications / Required Qualifications
Deep understanding of Nokia Identity and Access Management (NIAM) and Nokia Automation and Control (NAC)
Deep understanding of the IP Multimedia Sub-systems (IMS), SIP, Diameter flows.
Deep understanding of Nokia Cloud Native Communication Suite (CNCS), Nokia Telcom Application Server (NTAS), Call Session Control Function (CSCF) components, Nokia Session Border Controller (SBC).
Deep understanding of call flow troubleshooting and triage
Deep understanding of virtualization, containerization, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts
Skilled in various cloud platforms, e.g., Nokia Cloudband, Redhat OpenShift (OCP), Nokia Container Services (NCS), Microsoft Azure
Skilled in programming sk
