Job responsibilities:
Partnering with management in negotiations with trade unions on matters relating to wages, perks, working conditions, productivity, discipline, employee welfare, and other employment-related issues.
Support management in collective bargaining and settlement negotiations, including preparation of negotiation strategies, proposals, data and briefing notes.
Monitor the industrial-relations climate and proactively identify potential areas of conflict or unrest.
Establish and manage an effective grievance-redressal mechanism.
Investigate and resolve employee grievances in a timely, fair and transparent manner.
Handle sensitive employee-relations matters, interpersonal conflicts and workplace disputes.
Monitor effective management of welfare facilities such as Canteen and food services, Transportation, Medical and occupational
