As a Manager - Record to Report (RTR) - Finance Operations, you will collaborate with CFOs and finance teams to transform finance functions, enhancing efficiency and control in financial reporting. Within our Finance practice, you will lead assessments of clients' finance operations, identify improvement opportunities, and implement digital solutions to optimize processes. This role involves working closely with clients to design future-state processes and drive initiatives for simplification and standardization across global finance functions.
As a Manager,
you will guide and develop teams, manage client accounts, and deliver strategic planning and mentoring to junior staff. You are accountable for project success, maintaining standards, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will leverage your business knowledge to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm.
