Role Description The Sales Team Leader – Immigration will lead and manage a sales team responsible for promoting skilled migration services and converting qualified leads into enrolled clients. This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and involves overseeing daily sales operations, setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and support to team members. The role includes conducting client consultations, understanding individual migration goals, and presenting suitable visa options and service packages in a clear and ethical manner. The Sales Team Leader will collaborate with immigration consultants and operations teams to ensure accurate information, seamless handover of client cases, and a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Daily activities also include pipeline management, reporting on sales metrics, implementing sales strategies, resolving escalated client concerns, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes.
