A flight booking company dealing with USA (mainly ) based clients for their travel needs (Ticket/Cancel/modification etc).

Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Noida. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing the scheduling and utilization of resources. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes.

Handling customers mainly for International Flights bookings domestic & International Ticketing.
Candidate will be required to interact with the Clients for Domestic / International Destination, note down their details, work out on their Itinerary and customize the tour as per their requirements.





6-7 years of experience required.
Excellent Knowledge of any GDS (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, Worldspan)
Sound knowledge of Domestic and International Flight fares.
B2B and B2C both will do.
Experienced over ppc and meta calls/booking
Candidate should be ready to perform under pressured environment.
Candidate should be self driven.
Candidate should be target oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

Requirements-
Good Geographical Knowledge i.e. City codes, Airport codes etc.
Good communicating skills
Interacting with the Airlines.
Willing to work in shifts as per International Time zones
Fluent English Speaking Candidates will be preferred
