Primary Responsibilities

Works with less structured, more complex issues and Serves as a resource to others
Be able to interact with business users, I/T and customers to define application requirements

Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a rapid-paced environment
Participation in Design reviews, Test Case reviews, and Production Support readiness reviews for new releases
Application Delivery Process, Consulting, Effectiveness Measurement, Industry Knowledge, IT Industry: Trends & Directions, IT Standards, Procedures & Policies, Planning: Tactical, Strategic, Problem Solving
Document low to highly complex functional designs and data structures, to support business and operational requirement
