Role Overview
We are hiring a remote team member to handle client communication and convert leads into confirmed office meetings.
This is not just a support role — your responsibility is to actively follow up, build trust, and move clients toward booking a visit.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients via chat (WhatsApp, email, etc.)
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Clearly explain company services
Follow up consistently with interested clients
Convert leads into confirmed office meetings
Inform management when clients are ready to visit
Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups
Ensure no lead is ignored
