Role Description The Sales Manager is responsible for building ParFlow’s sales function from the ground up — developing current business across both the Indian domestic market and international/export markets for high-pressure valves, fittings, and precision-machined components. This role owns customer diversification, one of ParFlow’s top strategicpriorities.3. Key Responsibilities•Identify, prospect, and develop new customer accounts in both domestic and export markets•Build and manage a sales pipeline from lead generation through to closure•Represent ParFlow at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings in India and abroad•Develop and pursue institutional/PSU/EPC channels, including active engagement of ParFlow’s existing EILregistration•Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, pricing, and terms in line with ParFlow’s margin principles•Coordinate with Production and Quality to align on delivery commitments and technical requirements for newcustomers•Maintain structured records of customer communication, quotations, and follow-ups•Manage export documentation, Incoterms, and international
