Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at PitStop Energy will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management in a fast-evolving energy environment. The CFO will develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives, lead the finance team, and ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, guiding capital allocation decisions, monitoring key financial metrics,



and providing strategic insights to the executive leadership team and board. The role will also involve partnering with business units on investment evaluations, risk management, and long-term planning. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with a combination of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Finance and Analytical Skills to support strategic decision-making and performance optimization.
