Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Designer role based in Ernakulam. The Fashion Designer will conceptualize and develop seasonal collections aligned with the Grass Hopper brand identity and market trends.



Responsibilities include creating sketches and technical drawings, selecting fabrics and trims, coordinating embroidery and embellishments, and overseeing fittings to ensure optimal garment construction and comfort. The role involves close collaboration with production, merchandising, and quality teams to translate designs into commercially viable products that meet brand standards and cost targets. The designer will also conduct market and trend research, contribute to innovation in design and processes, and support brand-building initiatives through coordinated product lines.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Fashion Design and Fashion skills, including concept development, sketching, and collection planning.
Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of Textiles and Embroidery to select appropriate fabrics, finishes, and surface ornamentation.
