About The Role

Piper Serica is looking for a Senior Relationship Manager – Distribution to drive business growth across its PMS, AIF, Advisory and other investment products.

The role will focus on building and expanding the distributor network, strengthening relationships with existing distributors, and driving AuM growth through the B2B distribution channel.

Key Responsibilities

Drive AuM across PMS, AIF, Advisory and other investment products through existing and current distributors.
Develop and manage relationships with IFAs, MFDs, wealth managers and investment distributors.
Generate business from existing distributors through upselling and cross-selling investment products.
Acquire new distributors and expand Piper Serica’s distribution network.
Drive individual business targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Build strong relationships with investors,



distributors and business associates.
Ensure smooth investor onboarding and completion of operational/process requirements.
Provide appropriate investment-product solutions based on distributor requirements.
Act as a brand ambassador for Piper Serica at relevant industry and client events.
Stay updated on regulatory, compliance and certification requirements.
Work closely with AVPs, Directors, management and other stakeholders to develop business opportunities.

Candidate Profile

We Are Looking For Candidates With

3–4+ years of relevant experience in financial services, wealth management, asset management or investment-product distribution.
Strong experience in AIF/PMS sales and distribution.
Existing relationships with IFAs, MFDs, wealth managers and other distribution partners.
Proven ability to acquire distributors and generate business/AuM.
Good understanding of investment products and asset classes.
