Role Description The Regional Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple projects in the region. The role includes planning and monitoring project execution, coordinating with project managers, site supervisors, and vendors to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. The Regional Operations Manager will manage resource allocation, optimize workflows,



and implement operational processes that support safety and efficiency. This position also involves regular site visits, performance tracking, reporting to senior leadership, and resolving operational issues to maintain client satisfaction. The role requires close collaboration with sales, design, and procurement teams to ensure seamless project handovers and delivery.
Qualifications
Solid operations management skills, including project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
Experience in supervising cross-functional teams and coordinating with vendors, contractors, and clients.
