Role Description This is a full-time, in office Franchise Sales Manager role based in New Delhi. The Franchise Sales Manager will identify and qualify prospective franchise partners, manage the end-to-end franchise sales cycle, and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship building. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research,



generating and following up on leads, presenting the franchise concept and financial models, and guiding potential partners through evaluation and approval processes. The role involves coordinating with operations and finance teams on business planning, ensuring franchisees understand brand standards, and supporting new franchise openings. The Franchise Sales Manager will also prepare regular sales reports, track performance against targets, and represent the brand at events, meetings, and presentations.
Qualifications
