Role Description The Franchise Development Manager is an on-site role based in India, responsible for expanding and supporting the I2Global Virtual Learning franchise network. This position focuses on identifying potential franchise partners, managing the full franchise sales cycle, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing franchisees. Day-to-day tasks include generating and qualifying leads, conducting franchise presentations and meetings, and coordinating due diligence and onboarding processes.



The role also involves supporting franchisees with business planning, ensuring adherence to brand and operational standards, and delivering training to help partners successfully implement I2Global’s educational offerings. The manager collaborates closely with internal teams to align franchise growth with organizational goals and learner outcomes.
Qualifications

Franchise Sales and Franchising skills to manage end-to-end franchise development and relationship building.
Business Planning skills to guide franchisees on market assessment, revenue models, and growth strategies.
Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and convert prospective franchise partners.
Training skills to design and deliver effective onboarding and ongoing support programs for franchisees.
Experience in education, edtech, or related sectors is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
