JOB PURPOSE

The Shift Manager plays a critical role in leading store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring outstanding guest experience, team development, and achievement of business goals. This position offers hands-on leadership experience and a explicit career growth path.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Leads Operational Excellence & Guest Experience.
Handles all guest concerns using LEADS with urgency and empathy.
Responds to guest feedback with actionable plans to improve service.
Ensures shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve service speed goals.
Empowers the team to satisfy guest needs and resolve concerns effectively.
Executes processes to meet safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards inside and outside the store.
