Your role
Key responsibilities in your current role

End-to-End Developer Journey: Understand the end to end pain points, needs, wants and opportunities in a developer journey from concept to production, including prototyping, designing, debugging, testing, deployment and management.
AI driven developer experience strategy :develop and orchestrate a comprehensive strategy to integrate AI driven(agentic) innovation acceleration along the entire developer journey within & outside Infineon digital ecosystem, aligning with the company's overall business goals.
Customer Feedback and Analytics: Collect and analyze customer feedback and usage data into actionable insights driving decisions for cross functional teams.
OKR & KPI driven mindset:



convert the customer & business needs to measurable output metrics and controllable input metrics executing the Objective & Key result framework.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with digital product teams, global sales & support, divisional engineering teams, to ensure that digital products meet business requirements and developer needs and wants driving towards the commonly aligned KPIs using the OKR methodology.
Best-in-Class Industry Trends and Emerging Technologies: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation towards the growth of number of engaged developers with Infineon.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developer success managers and developer journey architect

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
