Job Summary

Growthally Advisors is looking for a driven and results-oriented Investment Banking Associate to join our Mumbai team.

The candidate will be responsible for equity-side client acquisition, transaction origination and investor relationship management. The role will involve working with promoters, founders, CFOs, institutional investors, family offices, HNIs, PE/VC funds, and other capital-market participants.

The ideal candidate should have strong relationship-building and sales capabilities, along with a good understanding of equity fundraising, valuation, financial markets, and Investment Banking transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Originate new equity fundraising opportunities and build a strong corporate client pipeline.
Develop relationships with promoters, founders, CFOs, CXOs, and business owners.
Identify companies requiring equity capital across:
IPO / Pre-IPO
QIP
Private Placement
Preferential Allotment
PE / VC Funding




Strategic Investment
Growth Capital
Conduct client meetings and understand business, capital requirements, valuation expectations, and fundraising objectives.
Develop and present appropriate equity fundraising solutions.
Drive prospects through the complete sales cycle from lead generation to mandate conversion.
Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, AIFs, PE/VC funds, family offices, HNIs, and strategic investors.
Identify suitable investors for specific fundraising opportunities.
Support preparation of pitch decks, investor presentations, company profiles, teasers, and transaction proposals.
Assist with financial analysis, valuation, comparable company analysis, and financial modelling.
Conduct industry, company, market, and transaction research.
Coordinate with internal Investment Banking and execution teams to take mandates from origination through transaction closure.
