About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to develop commercially viable and aesthetically appealing apparel collections from concept to final production. The role will involve trend research, collection development, technical designing, fabric selection, sampling, fittings, and coordination with production teams.
Key Responsibilities Fashion Design & Collection Development
Research current fashion trends, colours, fabrics, silhouettes, and market requirements.
Develop seasonal collections and individual garment concepts.




Create mood boards, colour boards, and design concepts.
Develop fashion illustrations, technical sketches, and design specifications.
Select suitable fabrics, trims, accessories, and surface details.
Product Development & Sampling
Prepare tech packs and specification sheets, including measurements and construction details.
Coordinate with pattern makers, sample tailors, production teams, and suppliers.
Conduct fittings and implement required design corrections.
Review samples and provide modification feedback.
Ensure the final garment maintains the intended fit, proportion, functionality, and aesthetics.
Follow up on samples from initial development through final approval.
Costing & Documentation
Work within defined costing, quality, and production requirements.
Maintain organized design files and collection documentation.
Ensure all technical and design documentation is updated and properly maintained.
