Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, pursuing,



and closing new business opportunities for NoBrokerHood, focusing on gated communities and related ecosystem partners. This full-time, in office role based in Mumbai includes prospecting and lead generation, conducting product demos and presentations, negotiating commercial terms, and managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to onboarding. The role involves building strong relationships with society management committees, facility managers, and key decision-makers, while collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, product, and operations to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction. The Business Development Manager will also track market trends, prepare sales reports, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and market penetration.
