Finplan Edu is looking for a Centre Team Leader – Sales to lead centre-level sales performance, manage counsellors, drive admissions and revenue, and build solid student engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and monitor daily sales team performance
* Drive admissions, revenue, conductions & appointment targets
* Manage lead allocation, follow-ups & conversions
* Coach counsellors and conduct regular performance reviews
* Monitor calls, CRM updates, conversion ratios & reporting
* Personally handle key prospects and support admission closures
* Coordinate with college authorities and internal teams
* Drive seminars, counselling sessions, webinars & student activities




* Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans
* Ensure discipline, attendance, CRM accuracy & reporting compliance

Key KPIs:
Admissions & Revenue | Conductions | Lead Conversion | Call Productivity | Appointments | Team Target Achievement | CRM & Reporting | Student Engagement

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 2–5 years of sales experience
✔️ Education/EdTech/College/B2C sales experience preferred
✔️ Prior team-handling experience will be an advantage
✔️ Strong communication, counselling & leadership skills
✔️ Comfortable working from college/centre locations and travelling between centres when required
