Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance and target-driven culture.




Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports, insights, and forecasts to senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Leverage market research and competitor analysis to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Lead client negotiations and oversee end-to-end deal closure and contract management.
