Role Description
The MEP Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works for warehouse and retail infrastructure projects. This role includes planning and executing MEP project schedules,



coordinating with internal engineering teams, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring adherence to design specifications and regulatory standards. The MEP Project Manager will review and approve MEP drawings and submittals, track budgets and resource allocation, and monitor site progress to meet milestones and timelines. Daily responsibilities include conducting site inspections, resolving technical issues, managing risk and safety compliance, and preparing status reports for stakeholders. The role also involves supporting procurement decisions, optimizing project workflows, and contributing to continuous improvement of MEP project delivery processes.
Qualifications
