Role Description The Sales Trainee role at Flomic Group is an on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Trainee will support the sales in generating new business opportunities, assisting client and getting inquiries. Daily tasks include learning and applying sales processes, maintaining customer records, coordinating with operations teams, and following up with potential clients. The role involves participating in training sessions, shadowing senior sales professionals,



and gradually taking ownership of sales activities under guidance. This position is designed to help candidates develop a strong foundation in logistics sales.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management potential or foundational skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and basic account handling.
Candidates should possess Training readiness and a willingness to learn, adapt, and apply new sales and logistics concepts.
Basic understanding of logistics or supply chain concepts is beneficial.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
