Role Description The Senior User Experience Designer will work full time on-site in Mumbai, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and deliver high-quality digital experiences. This role involves leading end-to-end UX design efforts, from discovery and user research through wireframes, prototypes, and final visual design specifications. The Senior User Experience Designer will create user flows, interaction patterns, and design systems that align with business goals and user needs, while ensuring accessibility and consistency across products.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting workshops, synthesizing research findings, presenting design solutions, iterating based on feedback, and mentoring other designers in best practices.
Qualifications
Ability to apply Design Thinking and User Experience (UX) principles to solve complex product and service design challenges.
Strong User Research skills, including planning studies, conducting interviews or usability tests, and translating insights into actionable design decisions.
Proficiency in Visual Design, creating clear layouts, typography, and design systems that are consistent with brand guidelines.
Hands-on experience with Prototyping using modern tools to explore interactions, validate concepts, and communicate design intent to stakeholders and engineers.
Experience leading UX projects end-to-end, working in cross-functional teams, and presenting work to senior stakeholders.
