Job Description:

Position: Sourcing (Residential Real Estate)
Location: Borivali, Mumbai
Salary: ₹9 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, source, and generate current leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, digital platforms, brokers, referrals, etc.).

Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, channel partners, and real estate brokers.

Maintain a database of leads and update records in CRM/software.

Support the sales team by providing qualified leads and assisting in follow-ups.

Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activities.

Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to source clients.

Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sourcing targets.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth conversion of sourced leads.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sourcing role within the residential real estate sector.
