Job Title: Construction Equipment Operator / Technician (Fiori Concrete Mixer Experience Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain Fiori concrete mixers or similar self-loading concrete batching equipment on construction sites.

Conduct routine inspections and minor repairs to ensure equipment is functioning properly and safely.

Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for timely concrete mixing and placement.

Maintain daily operation logs and report equipment issues promptly.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site protocols.

Provide training or guidance to junior staff as needed.

Assist with logistics and material handling related to concrete production.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Fiori mixers or equivalent self-loading concrete equipment.

Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Civil, or related technical discipline preferred.

Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hydraulic and electrical systems.

Ability to work independently and manage operational tasks under minimal supervision.

Valid driver/operator license (if required by equipment type or location).

Knowledge of concrete mix designs and on-site batching requirements.
