Position Summary:

This position Assistant- Accounts is responsible for handling Middle East accounting with guidance of Finance Controller and supporting to Officer- Accounts in maintaining day to day accounting process in ERP & Tally software. The incumbent should be a highly motivated self-starter with accounting experience. The incumbent is also responsible for preparing annual financial statements and other reports as required by the department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting
- Passing Daily Accounting Activities in Glovia & Tally Software
- Purchase and Sales Entry in Tally & ERP software’s
- Payment and Receipts Entry
- Bank Reconciliation
- Online Payment like NEFT and RTGS
- Petty Cash Management
- GST, TDS Computation and Payment
- Reviews general ledger on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting.




- Working with Controller and Officer - Accounts for closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.
- Handling to Day-to-Day Accounting
- Reporting & Documentation
- Produces financial reports (Creditor/Debtor Ageing, Bank Payments, Cash Payment) as per the requirements of the department & organization.
- Produces quarterly and annual financial statements and ad hoc financial reports.
- Maintaining records on the FTP folder as per organizations requirements, at the same time maintaining records as per the process set by the function.
- Supporting in document preparation for all internal and external audits.
- Performs other duties as assigned or required
