Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Lab Assistant – Chemistry to support laboratory activities, maintain equipment, and ensure the smooth functioning of the chemistry lab.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain organized laboratory equipment, keep the inventory of chemicals well-stocked and calibrated, clean the laboratory instruments regularly, and be ready for practical sessions.
- Monitor and enforce proper usage, handling, and disposal of chemicals and ensure all safety protocols and guidelines are followed in the lab
- Maintain accurate records of laboratory experiments, equipment usages and document any damaged or malfunctioning equipment for repairs or replacement.




- Assist teachers and students during experiments by providing guidance and technical support and demonstrate proper usage of lab equipment when required.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- Prior 2 experience as a lab assistant or technician is preferred.
- Solid understanding of basic chemistry concepts and laboratory techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing experiments.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to assist students and teachers effectively.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
