Hospitality Operations & Growth Manager

The Social Belly | Jagatpura, Jaipur

The Social Belly is a café, events space and boutique stay in Jagatpura, Jaipur. We are looking for someone who wants to do more than manage a restaurant—we want someone who would like to help build the business with us.

/n

You will work closely with the founders, across operations, events, sales, partnerships, procurement and guest experience.

/n

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and developing new revenue opportunities.

What you'll own

/n

/n
- Day-to-day hospitality and property operations
/n
- Planning and execution of events, workshops, screenings and private gatherings
/n
- Corporate events, parties and B2B sales
/n
- Partnerships with creators, communities, brands and local organisations
/n
- Procurement, vendor management and cost control
/n
- Guest experience and service standards
/n
- Staff coordination and operational systems
/n
- Revenue growth across café, events and boutique stay
/n




- Local outreach and business development
/n
- Working with the founders on new ideas and growth initiatives
/n

Who we're looking for

/n

You may come from restaurants, cafés, hotels, events, hospitality, business development or operations.

/n

- Are commercially aware and comfortable discussing sales and numbers

- Enjoy working directly with guests, teams and vendors
/n
- Can plan and execute events

- Are comfortable solving problems on the ground

- Want to grow with an early-stage hospitality business
/n

Experience in F&B;, hospitality or events is preferred, but strong operating and business-development ability can compensate for a conventional hospitality background.
