Job Description

Inspira Enterprise India is actively seeking a highly motivated Sales Enterprise Manager to strategically drive business development and nurture key client relationships within Public Sector Banks and Private Sector BFSI institutions. This pivotal role requires proven direct experience with, or within, public/private sector BFSI organizations. The successful candidate will be crucial for identifying new opportunities, building strong senior-level relationships, and owning the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by identifying and developing current opportunities within public sector banks and insurance companies.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders (CXO/CIO/GM/DGM level) in public and private BFSI entities.
- Own the complete sales cycle – from prospecting to closure, ensuring timely onboarding and account growth.
- Understand client needs and effectively position relevant product/solutions (e.g., core banking, digital banking,



lending platforms, data analytics, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with internal pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to align offerings with client requirements.
- Ensure high standards of account servicing and post-sales engagement to support cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and lead commercial negotiations in compliance with government/public sector procurement processes.

Preferred Background
- Industry Experience: Professionals with prior work experience in PSU banks, IT/Fintech sales to BFSI, or within public sector organizations.
- Digital Transformation Acumen: Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and challenges impacting the public BFSI sector.
- Technology Solutions Sales: Experience in enterprise SaaS, IT solutions, or BFSI technology platforms is a strong advantage.
