Business Development:

/n
- Achieve annual and quarterly revenue and profitability targets.

/n
- Generate recent business opportunities through direct sales, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.

/n
- Build a robust sales pipeline across target industries.

/n
- Identify large outsourcing opportunities for Housekeeping, Security, Technical Services, Payroll, Landscaping, and Total IFM solutions.

/n
- Develop key account strategies for enterprise customers.

/n

Client Acquisition:

/n
- Engage CXOs, CHROs, Facility Heads, Procurement Heads, and Administration leaders.

/n
- Conduct client meetings, site surveys, and solution presentations.

/n
- Understand client pain points and design customized IFM solutions.

/n
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close contracts.

/n

Tender & Proposal Management:

/n
- Lead RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and tender submissions.

/n
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams for technical and commercial proposals.

/n
- Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining target margins.

/n





Relationship Management:

/n
- Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

/n
- Ensure smooth transition of newly won projects to operations.

/n
- Drive customer satisfaction and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

/n

Market Intelligence:

/n
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

/n
- Identify emerging opportunities in healthcare, education, manufacturing, commercial, and corporate sectors.

/n
- Represent the organization at industry forums and networking events.

/n

Team Leadership:

- Mentor and coach Business Development Managers and Sales Executives.

/n
- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews.

/n
- Drive a high-performance sales culture with accountability and discipline.

/n
