Qualification: M.Tech(CSE)/ PhD( PhD Mandatory)

Experience: Freshers/ min 3+ yrs

Reporting to: Principal/Dean

/n

General Responsibilities:

/n

/n
- Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning
/n
- Provide individualised instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning
/n
- Minimum 20 hours teaching load per week.
/n
- Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments etc.)
/n
- Assess and record students' progress and provide grades and feedback
/n
- Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom
/n
- Collaborate with other teachers, parents and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings
/n
- Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events
/n
- Observe and understand students' behaviour and psyche and report suspicions of neglect, abuse etc.
/n
- Develop and enrich skilled skills and knowledge by attending seminars,



conferences etc.
/n
- To set, evaluate, and mark students' course work, homework and other assignments promptly, and to record marks on College systems as requested, in accordance with the College Assessment and Marking Policy and procedures.
/n
- To carry out formative and summative assessments as appropriate.
/n
- To complete associated and administrative tasks to deadlines, as directed.
/n
- To induct students appropriately, to provide academic advice, counselling, educational guidance, and tutorial support to students, including individual learning plans as directed.
/n
- To supervise students' attendance and behaviour and follow up as appropriate, in accordance with the College Behaviour and Attendance policies.
/n
- To undertake any reasonable duties as required.
