Key Responsibilities:
- E-Commerce Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer engagement.
- Website Management: Oversee the management and optimization of the e-commerce website, ensuring a user-friendly experience and seamless navigation.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze website performance and sales data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Product Management: Collaborate with the product team to ensure product listings are accurate, appealing, and optimized for search engines.
- Customer Experience: Enhance the online customer journey by implementing best practices in e-commerce and addressing customer feedback effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales,



and logistics, to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the food or bakery sector.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., ZOMATO, SWIGY, ) and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report on performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Passion for the bakery industry and understanding of customer preferences in this market.
