Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies
- Identify and onboard schools, colleges, coaching centres & training institutions
- Follow up on company-provided leads and convert them into clients
- Build relationships with academic heads, administrators & decision-makers
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Deliver presentations and business proposals
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports
- Represent Rupeerun at educational events and networking opportunities
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and lead generation

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,



Education or a relevant field
0-5 years of experience in sales, business development or partnerships
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Strong relationship-building abilities
Target-oriented, self-motivated and proactive
Willingness to travel as required

Preferred: Experience in EdTech, educational finance, academic operations, or an existing network of educational institutions.
