Assistant Centre Head/ Branch Head

This role is a full-time job for Kharadi in Pune. It entails supervision and management of one of our day-care cum preschool branches. This position is ONLY FOR FEMALES
- Duties include parent engagement, team management of 20 members, upholding highest standards of supervision, care, learning, and nutrition along with the Assistant Centre Manager
- Experience in MS Office ,Excel mandatory
- Experience from education industry is most appreciated
- Must have a strong command over English, demonstrated ability to manage large team and customers with high expectations

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor of Education (Commerce/ education), ECCE, Teacher Training Course, Child Psychology/ Paediatrician/ any other field
