URGENT HIRING - PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (2 Positions)

Location: Sanand, Ahmedabad

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 CTC (Depending on experience and knowledge) Interview Days: Wednesday to Saturday Only

Transportation Facility Available from Bopal

Experience Required:
- 1-5 Years
- Food, Pharma, or Chemical Industry Experience Mandatory
- Spray Dryer Knowledge Must

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare RM, PM, and FG variance reports.
- Minimize RM & PM losses during production.
- Improve existing processes for efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.
- Reduce wastage during plant startup, changeovers, and breakdowns.
- Verify CCPs such as Sieves, Filters, and Metal Detectors while maintaining required documentation.
- Ensure recipe compliance as per standard parameters.
- Maintain quality standards including PQS, FSSC, 5S,



and Kaizen.
- Handle operators and food handlers to manage production and maintenance activities.
- Monitor and analyze the quality of packed products and raw materials.
- Achieve monthly production targets through effective team leadership.
- Conduct GMP and Food Safety training programs for employees.
- Plan preventive maintenance activities to improve machine efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to all safety programs and procedures.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
