- In-Hand Salary:₹40,000/month:
- CTC:₹5.55 LPA

Experienced
- In-Hand Salary:₹53,000/month:
- CTC:₹7.36 LPA

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions in Japanese through voice calls.
- Manage collections-related conversations professionally and effectively.
- Resolve customer queries while maintaining service quality.
- Ensure timely follow-up and accurate documentation.
- Meet productivity and quality targets.
