Anormos(Formally Kods) is looking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to handle end-to-end delivery of web and mobile projects. The role involves requirement gathering, client coordination, documentation, quality oversight, and ensuring timely delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Manager or similar IT role.
- Strong skills in wireframe creation and detailed requirement documentation.
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in projects involving MERN and Flutter technologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana and Odoo.
- Robust organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.

Project Planning & Execution:
- Manage the full project lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
- Create detailed wireframes and requirement documentation.
- Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.




- Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery using tools like Asana and Odoo.
- Coordinate closely with teams working on MERN and Flutter development.
- Working knowledge of Google Play Console and App Store Connect for app publishing.
- Experience with DLT registration/setup for SMS templates.
- Familiarity with hosting platforms such as AWS, DigitalOcean, and Azure.
- Understanding of deployment and release cycles.

Quality & Delivery:
- Support QA processes, UAT cycles, and internal review stages before delivery.
- Identify potential risks, blockers, or delays and escalate appropriately.
- Maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables.

Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare weekly progress reports for management and clients.
- Maintain updated project documentation within project management tools.
- Track KPIs related to timelines, efficiency, and task completion.
