- About the role

As a Business Analyst I, you will drive operational effectiveness by analyzing data,



maintaining reporting processes, and supports business operations activities using standard methods. We will count on you to deliver advanced operational analysis, drives reporting improvements, and supports decision-making through insights, forecasting, and performance management. Along the way, you will get to:
- Own operational reporting frameworks, dashboards and track performance against KPIs
- Maintain data sets ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Analyse performance trends and provide insights to Leadership with structured inputs regarding forecasting, utilisation tracking, capacity and operational planning
