Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Sales Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, OEMs, contractors, builders, consultants, and institutional clients.
- Generate business from industries, hospitals, hotels, educational institutions, telecom companies, government departments, and corporate clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic markets.
- Handle large corporate accounts and key customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
- Participate in tenders and institutional projects related to electrical and power products.

B2C Sales Responsibilities
- Develop retail sales channels and dealer networks for home appliance stabilizers and electronic products.




- Increase product visibility and market penetration through channel partners and retailers.
- Monitor customer buying trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement activities.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and after-sales support.

Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop annual and monthly sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify recent markets and expand geographical presence.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance dashboards.

Team Management
- Lead and mentor sales executives and regional sales teams.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular sales review meetings and provide training to team.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
