What does the job entail?:
Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ PRL to Licensing:
- Ensure 60% conversion from PRL to Licensing.
- Track PRL pipeline and conduct regular follow-ups for exam booking & completion.
- Coordinate with recruitment & training teams to fast-track licensing.
- 2️⃣ LA Induction Coverage:
- Achieve 30% induction coverage of newly onboarded Advisors.
- Ensure structured onboarding and timely induction sessions.
- Monitor attendance and effectiveness of induction programs.
- 3️⃣ PTE Induction Coverage:
- Drive 50% induction coverage for current PTE.
- Ensure training calendar adherence and participation tracking.

4️⃣ M1 / M2 Advisor Activation:
- Achieve activation targets:
- M1 - 30% activation




- M2 - 60% activation
- Support inactive advisors through engagement calls and development plans.
- Monitor early-stage advisor productivity.

5️⃣ ABP RISE Partner - ABP RISE Advisor Unique Attendance:
- Ensure:
- 35% participation at month-beginning POB
- 12% participation at month-beginning AOB- Drive unique attendance in ABP RISE sessions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for effective session execution and follow-ups.

Work Experience:
2 - 5 years
