CapitalFlex is a premier financial services firm and Direct Selling Agent (DSA) based in Bengaluru. We bridge the gap between complex financial products and the customers who need them by partnering with India’s top private banks and NBFCs. We are looking for a Credit Operations Executive to be the gatekeeper of our document funnel to ensure every file we log is bulletproof.

ROLE PURPOSE

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, verify, and manage customer loan documents.
- Update and maintain customer records, internal databases, CRM and MIS reports.
- Follow-up with customers, banks, and internal teams for swift processing.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and banking guidelines.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any stream.
- 1-3 years of experience in Loan Operations, NBFC/DSA Operations,Banking Operations, Credit Operations, Loan Processing, or BFSI Operations.




- Experience with customer handling, loan documentation, and CRM systems is preferred.

Skills Required:
- Fluency in English and Kannada. Knowledge of other Indian languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in advanced MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize work in a agile environment.
- Customer-focused with rigorous follow-up and smooth coordination skills.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
