Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Develop and maintain interactive Excel dashboards for management review.
- Handle large volumes of data, including data collection, validation, cleaning, and consolidation.
- Generate management reports and provide accurate business insights.
- Use Advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, Conditional Formatting, Charts, and Data Validation.
- Track KPIs, productivity, performance, and operational metrics.
- Automate recurring MIS reports wherever possible to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect and validate required data.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting records.
- Identify discrepancies in data and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by management.
- Support management with data-driven reports for decision-making.

- Advanced MS Excel - Mandatory:
- MIS Reporting & Data Management

- Strong MS Office knowledge - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Robust reporting and coordination skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple reports and deadlines independently

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualification in IT, Management, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant MIS/Reporting experience.:
A proactive MIS professional who can independently manage data, create management dashboards, deliver accurate reports on time, and coordinate effectively with internal teams.

Pay: ₹11,152.63 - ₹31,770.69 per month
