We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Service Center Supervisor / Team Leader to join our service operations team.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 12 Field Engineers and 1 Assistant Supervisor:
- Drive service KPIs including:
- Pending Ratio Management
- Daily Call Closure
- Same Day Installation (SDI)
- Customer Satisfaction
- Achieve AMC and Accessories Sales targets
- Monitor engineer productivity and service quality
- Coordinate with customers, engineers, and service partners for smooth operations
- Qualification:
- Graduate / Diploma / BE / B.Tech
- Age:
- 25 to 40 Years
- Experience:
- 2 to 3 Years in Service Operations, Team Handling, Consumer Durables, Electronics, Appliances, or related field

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
