Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the JEE/NEET coaching program.
- Develop academic strategies to improve student performance and results.
- Prepare yearly, monthly, and weekly academic plans.
- Conduct parent meetings and provide performance updates.
- Ensure discipline, academic excellence, and smooth functioning of the residential program.
Eligibility:
- 3-8 years of experience in JEE/NEET coaching, with leadership experience preferred.
- Solid academic planning and student mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
